Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Athletix, New York ("Athletix," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Areopagus decision intelligence service (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a request, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, organization (if given), the brief or question you submit, an optional deadline, and metadata about any file you attach. If you complete a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation of payment but do not receive or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to: route and scope your request, generate and quality-review your report, process payment, deliver your completed report through a secure link, respond to support inquiries, and maintain business and financial records.

3. How Reports Are Produced

Producing a report involves sending the content of your brief to third-party AI processing services (such as Anthropic's Claude models) to conduct research and draft analysis, which is then reviewed by a human before delivery. Avoid including information in your brief that you are not authorized to share for this purpose.

4. Third Parties We Use

We share information with service providers as necessary to operate the Service, including: Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI-assisted research and drafting), and our infrastructure/hosting provider. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain order records, briefs, and delivered reports for as long as reasonably necessary for business recordkeeping, customer support, and legal or tax obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information as described below, subject to records we are required to keep by law.

6. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Security

The Service is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and completed reports are delivered through unique, secure links rather than posted publicly. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing athletix963@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

9. Cookies and Tracking

The public website does not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Session-based browser storage may be used internally to keep you logged into secure tools; this data stays in your browser and is not shared with third parties.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

12. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your data, can be sent to athletix963@gmail.com.
