This policy explains when you can cancel a paid order for a refund. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.
Each order is confirmed as paid, then queued for research and analysis before a human quality review. If you request a cancellation before your order enters production, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Because each report involves independent research and analysis specific to your brief, orders are non-refundable once production has started. This includes orders that have entered research, drafting, or human quality review, even if you later decide not to use the delivered report.
Email athletix963@gmail.com with your order reference number as soon as possible after payment. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for a refund and process approved refunds back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
If a report is not delivered due to an error on our part, or is delivered against materially the wrong brief, contact us and we will either correct the report or issue a full refund at our discretion.
